1. What is Trendy tape made out of?

All Trendy tape is made out of Hypafix tape unless specifically requested. Tape can be made out of Mefix and Fixamol (size of tape options may vary-based on stock) but will be the same price. Kinesio tape can be requested, this will be charged at a different rate, and not all designs are appropriate due to the nature of k tape. Ink is non toxic, perfectly safe and is infused into the fibres of the tape. However, some colour staining of your tube may occur-this will not degrade your tube. Lighter colours are less likey to stain.

2. Are your products hand made?

Every item I sell through this website is handmade by me (custom and non custom designs)! I do my best to get your orders in the post ASAP once they have been placed, and will always be in touch to discuss if there is going to be any delays. I have no power over the postal service, but will do my best to get your order to you promptly.

3. What postal company do you use?

I currently only use NZ Post for all NZ and international orders. They provide the most cost effective service for my small business. Please help me by choosing the correct shipping for your postal address. I am just a very small company and cant finance rural shipping costs-thank you for understanding.

4. Do I need to wash items before use?

All tubie pads, connector covers, tidies etc are made out of pre-washed fabrics (using hypoallergenic washing powder) so you can use them straight away if you wish.

5. Are there special washing instructions for your products?

Tubie pads come with a care information sheet (including washing and drying insctructions). However, wash all items in a delicates bag or by hand. Use only washing detergent (not hand/body soap), and avoid drying in the drier. If you need to dry quickly, cool settings only.
